I stayed at this hotel previously and was given a room on the 2nd floor, which was clean, neat, and comfortable. However, during my recent stay, I was assigned a room on the 1st floor and had a disappointing experience. The room was very dusty, there were lizards everywhere, and there was a noticeable gas leak smell when using the gas stove, which raised safety concerns. I hope the management addresses these issues and improves the maintenance and cleanliness standards of the 1st-floor rooms.

Pl book well in advance.Dont book with Moon light Residency,just by the side of moon light ,people are offering half a price,better facility,better environment.It is on Centre of street,veedhi potu,night distance,noces total day.No peace of mind.Near by Anand Residency offers better facility.Taxi called by them are 50 percent heighest than prevailing prices and 100 percent more the Red Taxi.while visiting SreeRangam and Tiruchy better use Red Taxi instead of depending on this cheaters

One of the best pilgrimage destinations in Tamil Nadu! If you're someone who enjoys visiting temples and exploring spiritual heritage, this is definitely the right place for you.
There are many beautiful temples and historical sites to visit, including Srirangam, Samayapuram, Malaikottai (Rockfort), Thiruvanaikovil, Uraiyur, and several others.
We tried food at a few places near the Srirangam Temple, which was decent. However, Ezham Suvai Restaurant stood out and was the best dining experience during our trip.
A helpful tip for visitors: it's better to park your car at your hotel or place of stay and use autos to travel between nearby attractions. This saves you the hassle of searching for parking spaces and makes temple visits much more convenient.
Overall, a wonderful destination for a spiritual and cultural getaway.

Temple city. That it. Planning visits will help cover most of famous temples. Auto's linked to aggregator apps like Ola & Uber is least to trust. This shows the apps providers don't have any control over. Use public transport which is reliable and cheap too. For sattvic vegetarians, try GURUKRIPA restaurant (MESS) near to Southgate, Sri-rangam temple.

Maya residency asked me to cancel from my booking.com. And charged 700 rs extra for the booking. But when compared to my booking.com website price huge difference and less.. Also they are refusing the morning breakfast complementary food asking 200 rs for complementary food.

Room was very comfortable and clean. All facilities available and price also less. Very close from chathiram bus stand (5 min walk to hotel). Kalyan jewellers ( near chathiram bus stand) is the correct land mark. Nearby I went to Padma (saivam) hotel for breakfast and lunch. Food taste also nice. Juices and coffee, tea are super! I visted to hotel along with family. All are happy with the stay at The hotel Grand stay.

The hotel location is very opt and easy access to food joints and city... The reception desk was very courteous and rooms were quite spacious and kept tidy and clean. The breakfast was well spread and delicious.. and we especially have to mention Mrs Vanita, at the restaurant, who had a pleasing personality and was very good at customer service. We enjoyed our five day stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to all.

I liked the property but it is too far for every thing, right from transport to food..all we have to depend on auto which is very expensive and items are heavily prised with delivery charges. No near by restaurants. But the host was so kind to give us in house snacks like idli, upama, Kichadi samabar, chutney etc. No lunch or dinner available with them hence we have travel for hotels or call through zomato.
