* This is a small residency - I saw 3 rooms on the Ground Floor. The upper 2 floors were under construction. * It is located off Ponneri bypass highway - quiet location; no road noise etc. * However, it is about 4-5 Km from bus stand and train station. Not much nearby for eating/shopping. You have to go to city (bus stand area) for all these. * If you dont have a car, front desk will call for an Auto - they charged Rs 150/- each way. Probably, 100/- is enough. Not too high though. * Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. * There is no dining/breakfast area. You probably can get food delivered - I didnt try that. * The bed was very large - comfy for 2 adults. * Hot water geyser, etc. worked fine.
