Rustic Suite The booking experience easy. Management immediately contacted me to determine if I had any additional questions or needs. Hotel location- The establishment is nestled within the Sarnano town square. Facing the hotel is a popular bar/coffee show where locals and tourists gather to talk, socialize and enjoy the magnificent views of nature. The town square is grace with a beautiful garden, under the protection of St. Giacomo De Marche, whose statue is in the middle of the garden. Initial impressions- Just prior to check-in detailed instructions were provided. My suite was well appointed and reminiscent of piece of art. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The design of the room respected the artistic style of the entire structure. The bedroom was decorated in romantic style with lace curtains and a crystal, mouth blown chandelier. The bedding consisted of good cotton. The cotton towels were white and fluffy. Hotel slippers were provided. Every piece of furniture was wood and reflected superior craftsmanship, charm and quality. Provisions- Given the unique nature of the Palace, there is no common room for breakfast. The kitchen in my suite contained everything one would need to craft a breakfast, lunch or dinner. I did appreciate the kettle and selection of teas. Service- Management made me comfortable by respecting my schedule for room refreshing. I was pleased with the flexibility of not having to leave my room early to have it cleaned. Check out- The check out procedure was straightforward.
