You can have dinner at the hotel for 40€ per person with 4 courses of regional products and food from their own farm. Wine included. Every course was fantastic. Breakfast in the morning was also really good. The yoghurt was homemade. They have a dog, a lot of cats, 2 horses, 2 goats and chickens. There are a lot of comfortable sun beds at the pool and you can use everything you want. The room was really clean, AC was there.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Castellana Sicula, Agriturismo Gelso is a farm stay surrounded by views of the garden.

Beautiful location, view on the village and surrounding hills is amazing. Place is simple but comfortable. Don’t expect a luxurious place, a bit back to basic but we liked that about it.

This was the most incredible hidden gem! I did not realize from the reviews how BIG this place was! It has a pool, a gym, a full restaurant, and rooms with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is very modern and updated with so many amenities (including a new, glass, full size elevator) and the food was FANTASTIC. Honestly the best meal we had while in Italy for 3 weeks. They handed us a hand written menu of the day (that is when you know the food is about to be REALLY good) and we had an absolutely massive appetizer platter for only 12 euros, the BEST pasta ever - made with sausage and local wild fennel, and a rack of baby back rips with bbq sauce. Super tender and delicious, all made fresh for us. The next morning they had a gorgeous full euro breakfast spread with made to order cappuccinos, fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries etc all for us as we were the only ones there. They were so kind and I cannot recommend this place enough. It is an agriturismo so you will see all types of fun animals around, we loved the donkey and miniature horse. One of the best stays of our trip!

Everything was perfect! We had a great one night stay. Such a beautiful location and environment. Delicious dinner and breakfast, and Luigi and Karin were the best hosts. Luigi was generous with our late arrival time and waited for us; Karin helped us the next morning with our walking plan to Cefalù, and even let us keep a map :) thank you so much! We would love to come back.
