A seemingly new building tucked off the main road between Piacenza and Cremona, this apartment was clean and comfortable. It's a great spot for a night or two in transit, as was our case, and is conveniently located if needing to be in both Piacenza and Cremona. The area it's located in seems a little ragged, but there was nothing to make it feel unsafe. Trust Google Maps vs. Apple Maps to find the turn off into the driveway - it's rather hidden! However, there is the ability to park right in front of the building, so that's a big plus. All of our check-in was done remotely via WhatsApp - how convenient is that! We had a question on getting the AC to function (which is a very appreciated feature in 90 F degree heat) and our host was very prompt to respond. There are a few places within walking distance for eating, one in particular that is really good and very popular with locals... Ristorante L'infinito. We had dinner the one night there...excellent fish...and pizza for lunch the next day, which was very good. The wait staff are super friendly and efficient. There is also a mega type grocery store nearby for any shopping needs. Be aware, though, that you have to buy something since your receipt is the "ticket" out of the exit turnstiles! There is also a great little coffee bar inside this mall type of building. The apartment is more of a studio, but plenty big for two people needing a short stay. I would hesitate to say all the comforts of home are present since the kitchen is sparsely equipped...no coffee maker or toaster. It would be hard to do any cooking, but again - this is more a hotel room type of stay and works fine for that.

Everything was good: due to a change in my schedule I had to check in at an earlier time than expected, called by phone and they rearranged for my arrival. The location is a quiet place in the country, difficult to reach if you have not a car, but very close to both the highway and the city of Cremona. However, there is a free parking space in the structure. The owner is a kind and nice person, I enjoyed a short conversation with him. I had a breakfast in italian style, but if you want more you can probably ask and receive what you want.

The room is great - clean and comfortable. They also run a restaurant with the same name about 8 min. walking distance. This is absolutely must visit! Great food, great atmosphere! Was full on Monday, so the reservation is recommended.

The place is decent but without any charm.

The place is decent but without any charm. It can be a one night stop with all amenities needed. But there is no desire to spend more time there than for a sleep. Not really the feeling of hospitality. I did not get an answer to my questions when booking it. We were not informed that there is no reception and that you need to call and wait for 5-10 minutes to check in. Finally don’t book breakfast because it is a self service with all packed and a coffee machine, no breakfast room.

We had a wonderful stay at Vita Residence in Castelvetro Piacentino. Everything was excellent – the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is great, especially since it’s right next to a restaurant with absolutely delicious food, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very nice staff at the reception and at the breakfast. The hotel is situated near the highway to Genua and France, but the rooms are quiet. Parking area is at the hotel The hotel is near to the po river and the city of cremona. We loved both.

Fine hotel for travellors passing through including spacious parking, but not for local tourists visiting Cremona,especially if with public transport as we did. Hotel is correct, everything in order, not more not less.
