Our flight was not until 10pm as it was quiet they let us stay till 6 pm, use the pool and the bedroom, shower etc free of charge. Very kind and generous.

Mrs. Massimiliana is an extraordinary lady, a horse person, humane and full of vital force. Breakfast was waiting for us in the morning. Whatever we needed, she helped us, from recommending places to eat well and cheaper and nearby. on the day of departure, when we were waiting for the bus to the airport, one of the 5 p.m. buses did not come, our luck was that the flight was delayed by an hour and we were able to wait for the bus. Talking to her about the fact that one of the buses didn't come, the poor woman got impatient and came by car to the bus station ready to take us. We finally went with the bus that came on time, but I was moved to tears because she offered to take us to the airport promptly and safely. A golden man with a big warm and welcoming heart. Exceptional and impeccable accommodation. Very kind and humane host. Kindly rexommend to book especially if u have a tifht budged..

Absolutely love this place! We stay in Fregene frequently but this was our first time at this bnb. It will not be our last! The owner is delightful and helpful, the location is wonderful, and the rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. Very nice bathroom with a spacious shower. The decor is not only lovely, but also calming. We slept divinely. Recommend highly!

Convenient to the airport and beach where we had a great lunch. Fabrizio was a great host, very personable, great communication. The spaces were comfortable, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great shower. We highly recommend his place.

The host is phenomenal. Truly very kind and will try to go above and beyond to meet your needs. He made very good use of the space. It was small and cozy, but good enough for my family of 3. The beach is nearby but we didn't use it. We enjoyed running by it and you'll see other runners and walkers there too. There is a restaurant that will close at 1 AM which we found convenient.

I stayed due to the proximity to the airport as I had to...

I stayed due to the proximity to the airport as I had to return a hire car early the following morning. I could have stayed longer if I'd known about the beaches and vibe of the place. Thanks to a suggestion from Antonella i had dinner at Margot's which was excellent. Lots of choice.

Three days was enough.

Three days was enough. I can imagine it is an easy holiday spot for those who live in Rome, and most of the houses are owner rentals. Good to get into Rome or to the port. Not far from the airport, but book a car via owner of house

This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport.

This is a nice family vacation hotel near the Rome airport. It had a hardworking staff and owner/manager. Our evening meal there was surprisingly good and breakfast was wonderful. The owner/manager clearly cares about quality. In general, it was more and better than I expected. Cleaning ongoing throughout the day. Beds were comfortable!

It's the nearest sea from Rome.

It's the nearest sea from Rome. The problem is buses are not often passing there. There are not that much for explore at the city centre. I like that quiet area between the bus stop and the beach.

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one...

I was looking for a place to stay near the airport for one night. The place is all farms & basically very inconvenient to get to. All back roads. One can see the airport, but to get to it, it takes half hour. I was told that taxi drivers don't even want to take anyone there & they charge extra. If one. comes without a car , u are stranded. The morning we left there was a couple outside & they said they had been waiting for a cab for about half hour. Avoid Fregene, unless one is looking for a farmland stay

Everything was clean, stunning location really close to the airport, there is an authentic Italian restaurant under the hotel so you don't even have to pay a taxi to eat, the food was amazing, they have the nicest taxi driver I've ever met, he took us back and forth for €25 from the airport to the hotel! 10/10 I would definitely recommend and come back again! Thanks for everything!

The hotel was in need of renovation, with visible mold on the building and rust throughout the property. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the breakfast was just mediocre. There was no swimming pool, and no elevator to assist with getting your luggage upstairs. Additionally, the staff did not offer any help with luggage. I would not recommend this place.
