The Marulivo is a unique design hotel. Once a monastery, it dates back to the 14th century. You'll never forget the view across the Palinuro coast from the panoramic terrace.

Pisciotta is a small mountain town overlooking the ocean. It has all of the necessary amenities including cafes and restaurants, and a charming piazza. The Marulivo Hotel is a short walk from the main piazza by steps and alleyway streets. When you arrive at the hotel, you realize what a special place it is. A lovely courtyard with cooling plants and steps to the terrace and bar with a panoramic view of the coastline. Breakfast is an abundant buffet style served on the terrace, using delicious local produce. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean, and had a solid feel with a lovely ensuite shower room and a wonderful view of the sea. However, the real treasure of Marulivo Hotel and the two owners, Lea and Massimo. They are both engaging, helpful, knowledgeable and so friendly and made our stay so very enjoyable.

This location was beautiful. Going up to the top floor terrace is a must. Off of the main areas of the town, it is quiet and cozy. Breakfast was amazing and very local.

It’s a very nice small town, with very friendly staff! Despite how it looks outside, the room is very clean and modern. The bathroom was great! The bed was even better, one of the best nights sleep we had.
