I loved everything. It’s fabulous. Staff is beyond kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and plenty. I could not be happier with how beautiful and comfortable the place was. What I ate at their restaurant was also delicious.

The couple were so friendly and funny. They felt like old friends. The apartment was large, airy and so quiet. One of the highlights was the breakfast room. Looking out forever over the countryside. Full of sunshine and lovely arrangement of tables and facilities. I felt at home immediately.

Take advantage of the buses and get more modern than I and get local bus apps on phone. We just happened to find that they have a festival the last Suday of September every year and it was very enjoyable.

The environment and location were great.

The environment and location were great. A few more personal touches may have made it better , senior management was lacking, grumpy senior waiter, scarce extras in kitchen and bedroom . Views cut off by overgrown hedges . Requests for certain items e.g an iron not followed through. . Breakfast not great but overall we enjoyed ourselves

Florence has impressive sites, but even though we arrived in September, the city was very crowded and in some places it was difficult to move comfortably. We waited almost an hour to enter the Duomo and perhaps we could have used the time better.

The utensils and cutlery provided were sparkling new. kids loved the ambiance. however, the parking spaces were very poorly organized. very tight spaces between each parking and there was no one to attend to the parking as well. if we needed to raise a concern we would have to walk all the way to the reception (quite a distance) to inform for eg. if someone had parked in your spot. (i did see this happen to another family). a telephone line where we could reach the reception in each bungalow/chalet/tent would have made a difference

Impruneta is actualy the suburb of Florence, 20-30 min away...

Impruneta is actualy the suburb of Florence, 20-30 min away from centre of the city. It is close to road Florence-Siena, perhaps it is little bit noisy but for us it was great to easy reach many destination in Toscana in short time. The Host recommended us some restaurants in the vicinity and in Florence, and we found many nice restaurants in the cities we visited.

It was in a great location, in nature, quiet and peaceful. The place looked the same as in the pictures. The restaurant had great food, a bit pricey. The supermarket is ok, could have more stuff, but the basics are covered. The shuttle bus is a great option for going to firenze. My husband and i had a great time. Would reccomend.
