The breakfast was good, and the top corner room was spacious, which is a nice bonus for Italy. The staff were also very helpful and provided clear train schedule information from Signa to SMN.

Everything was good, clean, the staff was friendly , the breakfast was good and the location not too bad, one train station from the main station Santa Mania Novela .

The room was very comfortable and the staff were kind. The hotel is next to a market and a delicious cafeteria. 20 minutes walk to the train station.

Is great if you flight early. Is close to the aiport is just to get ready for the flight. .

The property is well maintained with a nice garden and nice spaces for smokers and nonsmokers. You have everything you would need close to the Hotel Marzia like bus stops, grocery stores and restaurants. You also have parking spots if you’re driving a car. With cheap tickets that you can purchase in a nearby store, you can go to the historical center of Florence, spend the whole day walking as a tourist, come back at night and have a good sleep in a very clean and cozy room. If you wake up at the right time, you’ll be offered a nice breakfast with good coffee options and good enough food!

The lady at the reception was really helpful and had explained with all the required information , mainly on the public transport access and places to visit. The public transport access was very convenient for us even though we had to catch bus and metro separately to reach the city center. However , the busy stop was next to the hotel hence the walking around was less for us.

Beautiful! We loved both “sides” - the Borgo side was charming and the Tenuta side was just lovely. Breakfast and all food was great and the grounds were just perfect. The spa was enjoyable. We came to attend a wedding and never left the property because there was so much to do there.

Very convenient place to stay by airport before flying out of Florence. Helpful and friendly staff. Very large and attractive reception area.

Got a bonus upgrade to a double room with free minibar as I had booked twin beds because there were no other rooms on site. Can't complain about that ! Lovely staff at reception when I arrived.

Personal attention and quick solution to any issue

The first receptionist was very helpful. Room was comfortable. Not the season for air conditioning but it was cool at night for sleeping with the windows open
