It was the cleanest Hotel I've ever been in, It had the cleanest bathrooms, and it was unique. Everything felt new. the Wi-Fi was fast and the signal was great.

property exceeded the expectations, pool is lovely and the accommodation fine. You can choose your breakfast from buffet and order a la carte the day before which does not work perfect but good enough. the staffs are polite and helpful.

The building is fabulous - you get the sense of stepping back in time, but with all modern comforts. The room was very clean, with a working air conditioner, a mini fridge, and comfortable beds. A bus takes you directly to Venice. The hosts are very friendly.

The room&hotel were very nice and clean, lovely garden, very friendly and helpful staff, had dinner twice at the restaurant there and the food and service were very good. The bus to Venice is vis-a-vis the hotel(around 20min ride)

From the moment you drive through the gate, this hotel gives a feeling of being very special. The grounds are immaculate ad the building is imposing. This is just what luxury looks like.

Our stay was exceptional. We went for my 60th birthday and the welcoming and attentive staff made for an excellent experience. The meal was delicious at the hotel restaurant with a really good breakfast the next morning. They upgraded our room, which was very comfortable and had the feeling of grandeur we were looking for. We would definitely go again

The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, not fancy but perfect for our needs. We stayed with our kids and felt very comfortable throughout. The location was convenient for visiting the Venice area, and overall it was great value for the money.

This is not for everybody - but it’s my dream come true. A completely UNrenovated 1880’s villa (OK perfectly nice bathrooms). The young lady at the desk was so kind and showed me the family chapel. Great way to get close to Venice. I am going back! Have dinner at the nearby tavernita and have the mozzarella. It is world changing.
