The staff are super friendly, I was a solo girl travelling but felt very warmly welcomed. Located 6-7 min walk from the lake and around 10 min from the main metro station St.Giovanni. The day I arrived it was very rainy, and the receptionist ( the asian) gave me an umbrella when I went to buy some stuff at the nearby Carrefour😍 Highly recommend

Car Park and Spa services are provided in their sister hotel next door. The property is very new, and it shows, everything is in pristine condition The staff and especially concierge were great helping us navigate the lake and town The decor is lovely and simple, but the best part was the location!
