A lot is written here about Silvia. Let me say it’s all true. Silvia helped us with every request we had and answered us nicely and politely every time we had a question. Great service! The cappuccino every morning was delicious! The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the center of Pinzolo, a lot of restaurants/bar around, 2 mins walk to the supermarket, and 5 mins drive from the Pinzolo gondola

Amazing wellness area, very nicely and tastefully decorated in good style and high quality materials. Great variety of different types of saunas - Finnish, Hammam, infrared, herbal, as well as experience showers. Large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Nice breakfast and cozy rooms. Walking distance from the ski lifts. Hotel also offers shuttle to the ski lifts and a ski depot to store and dry your ski equipment. Loved my stay there.

The staff was the nicest! They helped us with everything, and even more.

It’s elegant, comfortable, new and has a great view over the city. The staff are so helpful specially Andrea and Stefania.. Stefania kindly drove to the locker rooms near the gondola to provide me with a spare card after my key card was locked inside the locker.

One of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Italy

The owners were the nicest people. When weather was not optimal for skiing, they suggested alternative activities. We ate dinner with them 2 nights and really enjoyed our meals and they have chosen really nice bottles of local wine which they sell at a very reasonable price.

This is old building/hotel with it's traditional charm, but our room was just recently renovated. Everything clean, new, working great. Hotel provides a dedicated ski storage facility with boot heaters. So every day when we we're lucky to find a free spot (we usually came last from the mountain) we got our boot put on air heater and enjoyed fresh dry boots next morning. My bad I missed message about paid parking garage, so we parked in front of the hotel every day of our stay for free. Owner Tatiani was helping to find a spot playing checks on their parking lot. So it was just quick, easy and free!) But real gem of this place is sauna, traditional scandinavian style. We're lucky to book it every day of our stay and that was best time of a day after gliding slopes. We really enjoyed this place and would like to stay here again if we come skiing in Pinzolo/Madonna again!

Garni San Lorenzo was wonderful! Our hosts, Louisa and Paulo were so congenial and kind. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely make a trip back there someday.
