I liked how lovely the staff were and how nice the room and breakfast was that was included in a price that was affordable. It was also in a great location, very close to the lake. Would definitely recommend.

Just loved the experience. The staff is super Professional and Friendly. The food is excellient and delicious. The Rooms are clean and the view is priceless and fun. It is always a fun and worth watch expierience from the windows of the hotel

Great location! Right in the center of the pedestrian/centro area. Great outdoor patio for lunch & aperitivo. And if it’s too cold, there is great indoor space as well. Great breakfast. Book a room with a terrace overlooking the front of the hotel.

We were two families with young kids and the staff were extremely welcoming, even though we weren’t the quietest party. We wanted to extend our stay and they really helped us out with prices and logistics. The on-site playground next to the restaurant terrace is a great for kids to let off some steam in the morning. The suite was spacious and the beds really comfy. Will definitely return there if I’m ever in the area!

Amazing view of the lake. But don’t sleep on the Mountain View. At least from the common walkways, it’s also an exceptional view. The front desk attendants were very helpful and sweet. Three minute walk to the main pedestrian area, so location is perfect—proximity but also quiet and private.

Location was great - right next to the port. Breakfast was excellent, pastries delicious. Convenient to the local bike rental. Staff was really nice and professional.

Location was perfect. Hotel itself very cosy with it's "hidden" yard with a pool and with "hidden" door opening directly to city centre. The view in the yard was also amazing. Breakfast was very good.
