Great location and great stuff! All stuff are friendly. Especially Elisa, she is an angel! I do appreciate her help. I Would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in Pienza.

We had the apartment and it was a perfect space for us with our 6 month old baby. Crib was nicely set up when we got there. Very accommodating and friendly. Parking on site was nice

The hotel is so unique and great location. There were 6 of us, 3 couples and all our rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was great and delivered with a flourish. Roberto the host is one of a kind and made our stay so special. Vittoria's pastries are to die for. Can't recommend this hotel enough ❤️

This is a special property with unmatched views of the village of Montelpulciano and Tempio San Biagio. The village of Montofollonico, where the hotel is located, is off the beaten path but close to all the attractions of southern Tuscany. The staff are fantastic.

Friendly staff, food was good, the bedroom was very spaceful, and the spa was great; 3 saunas and 2 pools. The massage was awesome. Great value for the price. Plus Tuscany is a piece of heaven.

The place is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very satisfying, the location is fine in my opinion. There is private parking on site and the area seems safe. It is possible to book a place in the spa, although we did not take advantage of it. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We love the room and the property very much from the interior decoration to the big and comfortable bed. The breakfast area is so lovely like out of the magazine picture perfect with nice spread of homemade breakfast stuff (bread, eggs cooked to your likes, yogurt, jams). The view from the breakfast nook over Val d’orcia is very charming. we feel that the owners are thoughtful about all the details and it really delivers a perfect cozy staying experience for us, wish we could come back next time

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent customer service. Very nice breakfast. Clean, simple, elegant rooms and bathrooms. Slippers are a nice touch. Location is excellent, short walk to center, felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Limited reserved parking on side street of property.

We were beyond grateful for choosing this property. The staff and owners were amazing! The views are incredible! We very much enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace, swimming in the pool, walking into Pienza was easy - ish. There is a short hill going up but then a breeze enjoying all views along the way. It was good exercise to then enjoy all the restaurants and shopping in Pienza. Plus the e-bike that was recommended by the owner was so fun! Breathtaking adventure. I highly recommend this hotel if you want somewhere quiet and beautiful. The gardens surrounding are beautifully maintained. Thank you A440! We miss all of you!

Perfect location, super clean and cozy suite in a Renaissance palace. Good quality products for the breakfast, which you eat in front of a window with Tuscan views. Really gentle staff, especially Fernanda. A special experience to remember, indeed. Thanks for everything!

Had private, free parking for guests. Breakfast was diverse. Hosts were very hospitable and generous. Room was clean, spacious, well equipped with amenities. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the two different pillows given to each guest.

We had a wonderful stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of choices to start the day. Everything made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
