The location is incredible, a historical building now used as a b&b but not really touched beyond what is needed to maintain the facilities. The village is very cute and the view from the rocca closeby is breathtaking, I would absolutely recommend staying a few nights to properly enjoy the location.

Great stay in a small charming village. fully equipped rooms and kitchen, comfortable beds - all you need for a short stay. This was one of those times when you have no big expectations but get surprised in a good way. I would definitely stay once again to stay for a longer time.

Everything, it was perfect, only wished we had stayed longer (2 days was to short), 3-5 would have been perfect. Lovely apartment and pool area. Hosts were lovely and supplied fresh eggs, vegetables and olive oil. We didn't do the onsite restaurant meal but wish we had.

Host is professional and friendly. She was asking daily if we need something and was offering water, tea, coffee and Lotus biscuits. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and parkings. They gave us a lot of clean towels and spare pillow cases. Host also gave us a travel stroller to use for our toddler. Room and toilet were clean and tidy. Have everything you need (small fridge, tissues, plastic bags, drying rack, clothespins, toilet papers, soaps, shampoo and shower gel, even disposable baby bibs). There is an air condition in the room and wooden shades on the windows that blackout the room completely. Place was quiet and good to take rest from everyday exploring. We were there on 1st of September when it was town festival and we enjoyed local food and music. Town was closed for cars that day, so we couldn't go outside the city, but we notice that actually you can, just to park the car outside the city walls. Apartment doesn't have own parking places, but you can find free parkings around. We chosed this apartment to be quite close to cities and villages we wanted to visit. So if you plan to explore as much as possible, this is the right place. We visited Florence, Pisa, Collodi (Pinocchio theme park), Greve in Chianti, Sienna, San Gimignano (which we highly recommend if you want to see old city and make nice photos). Also we recommend to taste Amarena ice cream in local gelateria. We loved our staying here and would recommend to everyone who comes to visit Toscany. Thank you so much Elena for everything.

I loved the historic palazzo spacious rooms tastefully decorated with antique furniture original wallpapers and paintings amounted and books. A beautiful smell throughout and freedom to sit in the rooms or the terrassé or tin the garden, private parking and fantastic breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, fruits and homemade cakes. Samira and her staff were very helpful and friendly, and recommended where to eat and what to do in Palaia charming Tuscany town. Petrarosso restaurant was excellent

If you want a getaway from all the touristic spots, this is great! A big clean room, and beautiful views from the common kitchen balcony. Communication with the accommodation worked very well on both the booking.com app as well as WhatsApp. Free parking just a minute's walk away. Very local with kids playing outside on the street. Just a 5min drive from a cute small town (Palaia) with restaurants and spots to watch the idyllic Tuscan sunset. Wish we'd had more time to spend here!

We arrived quite late, but the check-in was easy and smooth. The property is located in a typical historical building, with great views from the bedroom windows. It is beatiful, well kept and clean. Parking a car was no issue at all many of the famous Tuscan cities are all nearby. Palaia that is just few minutes away by car, has great selection of restaurants where we spent every evening.

Elena and her family were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The property was spacious with a corridor between the bedroom and the bathroom. Palaia is a lovely village and the surrounding countryside is beautiful.
