The facility is beautiful and the owners / staff go out of their way to help guests - like family!

This was a very surprising and modern accomodation at the outskirts of Pompei - about 15-20 minutes. It is secluded and if traveling with larger groups needing multiple rooms may be the best location. It has ample parking and grounds to be secluded and have some family or group fun away from the City and easy enough to get to the City to see the sites. We only stayed one night and wish we coudl stay longer. The property is new and they are building a pool and whirpool. We did not interact with the staff except by phone.

Everything was perfect! The Secret Garden is an amazing hotel with excellent service. The hotel manager was wonderful and made our stay truly special. Highly recommended!

LOCATION was great! We went in February and it was very quiet in the hotel and surrounding area. Pompeii was not crowded between 0900 and 1030.

The hotel is at the entrance of the Pompeii ruins, so it is the perfect choice for people visiting it. The room is comfortable, beds as well. There is a small fridge in the room which is a plus. Breakfast is a small buffet in the restaurant right across from the hotel, it has both sweet and savoury options. I recommend.

The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were cozy, but very clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing!! They were very attentive and helpful to find places to eat.

Staff make you feel at home. The property is a perfect place to unwind( away from the madding crowd) with stunning views of the sea of Naples and Vesuvius.

The staff was great although nobody spoke English like it said. The hotel was miles away from anything to do. Even though the ad said restaurant and bar there was neither.

The stay was excellent! Mrs. Serena made us feel like family. Very flexible and helpful. The location is great, a 20-minute walk to the archaeological park and a 5-minute drive. If I return to Pompeii, I will definitely stay here again.

I liked how friendly the staff was. They were ready to help in any question they could, like looking up local information for me that was a very specific one or printing my tickets early in the morning.

Hotel Palma is in a perfect location, just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Pompeii ruins and surrounded by plenty of nearby restaurants. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, making for a great start to the day. The rooms are nice, although a bit old, which is expected given the building’s historic nature, but they are more than adequate for a short stay. The standout feature of this hotel is the amazing staff, who are extremely helpful with anything you need. Parking was also easy, thanks to the staff's assistance in finding a spot right next to the entrance. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its excellent location, good amenities, and outstanding service.
