Good location, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

everything!! the staff was very nice, food was good, service for everything was amazing. the facilities were exactly what we needed, and clean- the room was always warm, we had privacy, we recieved everything we needed. but the view from our room was the best part of our stay!! 100% privacy and mountain view!

After several hotels, we were finally able to rest in comfortable beds! The room is clean, the staff is very professional and friendly. The owner Zvonko is very charming and his wife is very beautiful! If you stay in this hotel, you won't go to town for dinner, because the food in the restaurant is very tasty!

We randomly found this property on Booking.com while looking for places to stay outside Bolzano but convenient to sites. We didn't know anything about the location or the area but the property got great reviews and we took a chance. We, like the others that came before us, loved this wonderful hotel and wish we could have stayed for longer! A delightful, clean, modern room in a classic lovely chalet-like hotel. Best breakfast on a trip full of incredible breakfasts. You could tell this was a family business, and charm, caring and love filled the space. When we drove to the place it seemed out of the way, but that was just us not knowing anything about the area. We had a rental car and explored, but wish we didn't because there was so much accessible through the hotel itself - they provided a pass with free access to a local train, gondolas, and some local sights. 15 minutes via train and tram to Bolzano. The restaurant had incredible food. Don't miss the Honey Museum, the Piramidi Terra, and gondola up to Ritterhorn. The staff were truly wonderful - helpful, kind, and thoughtful.

The location shown on Booking was inaccurate, which made the hotel difficult to find. Parking was also very challenging, and we had to ask the staff for assistance. The breakfast was quite limited, with very few options available. Considering the quality of the services provided, we felt that the hotel was overpriced. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations.

Food was excellent, lots of options. Sauna was great after skiing. Peaceful yet easy to reach location, good base for skiing at Carezza or Obereggen. Jeremy at the front desk was top, very friendly and spoke 3 languages fluently.

We had the best time! The staff went out of their way to increase our joy and relaxation. The pool and spa are designed beautifully, so relaxing and beautiful to the eye. All the senses are pleased by the outside, the food, the art, the care of each staff and the gorgeous furniture and bedding.

​From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and lovely welcome by Alexandra. The exceptional service throughout our entire stay made us feel incredibly comfortable and at home. Our room was not only spacious and cozy but also offered a breathtaking view from the balcony. We found the hotel facilities to be perfect for both getting some work done and unwinding. While the location is a bit off the beaten path, the effort to get there is absolutely worth it. It's a quiet, secluded, and very romantic getaway.

The location is wonderful. You feel immersed in the mountains.

Everything … food and service are exceptional! Views from infinity pool to the Dolomite’s are though to beat!
