View. Location. These owners were very friendly.

The hotel looks new and was very cozy. Free parking, elevator availability, pretty good breakfast offerings. Located right next to the church, in a beautiful historic place. And the opposite side has a great view of nature and neighboring villages.

There is a supermarket 5 minute walk from hotel.

Beautiful and relaxing, kept it's magic from the past. Everything is untouched and surprisingly the beds are very comfortable! The garden is peaceful and beautiful. The value for money is incredible.

Very friendly and communicative owners, giving their best to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Parking in front of the facility in the front yard. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. You can have dinner, the owners ask you what you would like to eat and prepare the meal accordingly at the agreed time, homemade style food, tasty (even better than in some restaurants) and not expensive. You can clearly see the owners are very guest oriented and it's not just about profit.

Everything. The room was good, it had a balcony with an exceptional amazing view. The restaurant was good and food was very delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The ferry was exactly in front of the hotel, so was very easy to reach any other locations nearby. I can just advise this hotel to everyone.

Everything really! The rooms are spacious and clean with a breathtaking view to lakeugano. We booked the suit with a separate living room and a kitchenet. The resourt is big, has many facilities and is well maintained. We stayed at May and it was very quite, not too many guests and no families with kids. The staff is very warm and attending. The breakfast is excellent. The ECo spa has a breathtaking view to the lake from the sauna and the external jacuzzi, simply amazing. The location is great as well, very close to lake Como. All in all a great place and a great value for money.
