The location was very close to lake Trasimeno by car. From all windows we could see the countryside or the garden. Rooms were very nice with stone walls. Huge garden, plenty of space to park, walk or play. Very relaxing place to stay. Supermarket is 8 mins by car

Beautiful location and surrounding areas. Claudio was an exceptional host and gave lovely recommendations and told us about the history of the area. Went above and beyond for us. Stunning room with an amazing view. Delicious breakfast and excellent value. Overall our favourite place we stayed on our travels and I hope to be back again!!

Lovely spot near the lake, within walking distance to the historic town centre. Stefano was a wonderful host. Breakfast selection was good and buffet was restocked frequently so food was fresh. After a hectic 10 day tour of Italy, we really enjoyed the relaxed pace here.

The host was lovely and helpful, recommending the restaurant and whats around us. She was great to communicate and speaks french english and italian. The location is amazing, surrounded by the toscan mountains and plains. The house is huge and beautiful, well conserved and renovated. Truly what we expected out of the toscan region. So many wonderful things to say! Firstly, Luigi (the owner) is the best host we’ve ever encountered. He was welcoming, kind and a great person to talk to. Breakfasts were great. Location is great! 5 minutes to the beach/restaurants on the beach/ferry dock and a quick walk to the tourist-walking-zone area. The suite had ample room, a kitchen and a big bathroom.
