The guys at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. They upgraded the room for free. Breakfast was very good and they let me stay till 12pm (for my late flight). Wonderful

Very comfortable bed, beautiful pool, and beach right across the road.

Lovely breakfast, clean, quiet room. A bit further away from downtown than I had expected but easy transportation back and forth.

Bus stops in front of hotel, get a € 3.50 Biglietto Giornaliero that allows you to travel all day, everywhere to Palermo or a few minutes away by bus to gorgeous Mondello Beach.

Great staff, rooms and cleanliness!!! Very attentive to guests and the breakfast and dinner service and Sicilian dishes are wonderful!!!

Good wifi, parking facilities, friendly staff and flexible because they let us checkout 30 minutes after checkout time due to an online job interview.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views of Mondello Bay beach. The room was very spacious and clean. All the staff were also very kind! Especially the restaurant waiters. I wish I got all their names, but they were very attentive and remembered our previous day orders and can predict what we would anted to eat and drink. Felt very personal.

+Beautiful sea view from the balcony  +Clean room and everyday cleaning service +Tasty breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, pastry, yoghurt, cereal, fruits freshly squeezed orange juice, strong coffee etc.) +Good air-conditioning system +Sunbeds and wooden ladder leading to the sea. The water there is actually clearer than at the Mondello beach, where in places it smells fishy. +Supermarket is within a 10min. walking distance.

The staff members were welcoming and friendly. I particularly remember Giorgia. Also I met the hotel's owner and she could sing some serious Adriano Celentano. The room was very nice with a balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast and dinner were included - delicious. The hotel is on the seafront with a nice beach. This hotel has easy access to the Palermo airport. They also have a reasonably priced spa with massage service.

The staff was very open and welcoming. Very good location, well connected with other locations (capo Gallo, Mondello square) by buses and shuttle buses. Also good connected with Palermo city center.

The pool area was lovely. Personnel were very friendly and accommodating especially the front desk.

Frendly staff and great private parking spot. They allowed us to use fridge in shared kitchen.

Clean, very nice staff, especially cleaning lady Sylvana i think on 5th floor , who was interested with asking us if we were satisfied cleaniness of room.
