United StatesWe have been to Italy five times in the past four years…twenty two weeks in all. Our stay here has been the very best! The property is exceptional, as is the location and the host, Piergiorgio…all above and beyond every other property that we have stayed at! Our room was spacious and well appointed. It was cleaned and towels refreshed daily. The air conditioning worked very well (Americans) and the breakfasts were like a daily feast, delicious but WAY TOO MUCH! Our host served us every morning with a smile, kind words and helpful advice regarding the area sites and to top that off, his beautiful little daughter, Julia, helped serve with a shy yet sweet smile that started every day of our five night stay on the right note. If you are visiting Verona, Mantua, Sirmione, Lazise, Lake Garda or anywhere thereabouts, you do not want to stay anywhere else!

Nice, big room. Nice pool to relax. The staff was extra helpful and polite!! Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty, breakfast was good. The whole experience there was so rewarding and relaxing.

The room was large and comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful. We liked the possibility of late arrival at the facility. The hotel's location is otherwise convenient for exploring the surroundings of Lake Garda. Special praise goes to Mrs. Stefania who gave us many recommendations for exploring the lake and helped us with the transfer to the next location. A few days after our departure, she even contacted us to ask if we had successfully arrived, which is something you don't experience every day.

Excellent accommodation with very friendly staff! The small pool is perfect for cooling off on hot days. The entire property is beautiful, with a stunning view and spotless cleanliness. Verona and Gardaland Park are very close by, which makes this location even more attractive. We regret not staying longer and truly hope to come back!

Small but nice apartment with everything you need. The location was great. We went to Verona, Lake Garda, Gardaland and Movieland and everything was just a short drive away. Communication with the host was good.
