Everything met or exceeded my expectations, it was easy for me to park, check in and get a good nights rest after a good meal.

The decor was very interesting and different, I guess because it is a boutique hotel. The night hostess was very helpful and cordial;. The breakfast was very good.

The property is in the small hilltop town of Bettona which although small has a view to die for. The property is authentic and feels cozy.

The place might not be very amazing. But the lady makes you feel more than welcome with her friendly loved soul.

Peaceful beautiful property and position

Beautiful resort by Perugia, and I wished I could've stayed there longer! It was an absolutely gorgeous historical property and the room was supremely well appointed. The lobby feels so cozy and nice and the staff were wonderful! The breakfast is incredible and had a ton of choices and I'm sure the restaurant is amazing too, but we were there only for a festival in a nearby town so didn't get to sample it. There are beautiful gardens to walk through with the dog, and the area around feels like a real oasis and relaxation center. I would go back in a heartbeat and we absolutely loved this hotel.
