Beautiful property and felt so welcome as we had to do a late check in after a day of traveling. Loved our room and hosts. Breakfast was fantastic.

Great bedroom, awesome beds, balcony overlooking the lake, with a fantastic view, super clean with a great bathroom, nicely decorated if a bit modern, free parking, but the best feature of the hotel was the fantastic breakfast with fresh, well-presented, copious foods for all tastes, in a beautiful dining room and another fantastic view of the lago Maggiore.

The location, looked newly renovated, nice garden too.

Great staff, good restaurant, Jacuzzi and pool excellent in the summer. Room has comfy bed with coffee machine and balcony.

+ Private beach. + Perfect location, in front of the private beach. Also not far to the city center by foot! + Very friendly and flexible staff (they allowed early check-in and also staying on the beach even after Check-out) + Very good and cozy breakfast. + Very silent and clean room (the one without a lake view). + Private parking lots. + Very good value for money.

The hospitality of the staff. The food was amazing. Location 10/10 on the lake.

Amazingly helpful Chefs, even opened nearly at night for us the room, after we couldn't open it by ourselves. Also they gave us a free upgrade to our hotel room, which was amazing and so much more space! Beautiful view from our balcony to the lake and the mountains and let's not forget the nice breakfast with enough possibilities to choose for every taste :)

Such a cute hotel, it was raining, but we made the best of it. Walked around the lake area had some drinks very quiet because of the rain went to a nice restaurant on the property which I can’t remember the name, but it was delicious.

Everything, the hotel is one of the best maintained hotel that I have ever been.

It was very comfortable and clean and the location was perfect.

There was so much to like. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was super clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the mountains and the Lake Maggiore .The grounds were so well taken care of. A great place to enjoy nature and close enough to the great restaurants in Cannobio. The list could go on.

The place is clean, shiny and very cozy. The welcome was pleasant and warm. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean property with gracious hosts and excellent breakfast/tea time. Our hosts, Sabrina and Giangiacomo were so welcoming and even cleaned our windshield before our return drive.
