Everything was great, very clean, friendly staff, big rooms, good coffee in the morning at the bar. Lidl store across the street.

The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. Position, although not in the citicentre or very near (walking distance) to the lake, was perfect for me and for travellers who are looking for an easy-to-find location with big free parking and all the needed facilities within walking distance. The hotel does not have a restaurant for lunch or dinner, but 1 minute walk from it is a superlative restaurant. Breakfast was really good and very abundant. There is no proper bar in the hotel, but it is possible to "self-serve" from fridges and shelves next to the reception and pay directly to the reception. In general I have absolutely no complain, price was very good too. :-)

Nothing is ok at this hotel. AC not working, rooms like prison furniture, not clean

All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Front desk staff spoke English. Hotel decor is somewhat dated (90s) but who cares? It’s a fairly large hotel on the outskirts of a small town, convenient to travelers and about 8-10 minutes off the Autostrada. Breakfast buffet was quite good, with plenty of hot and cold choices. Was a very good overall value for a short overnight night stay between Venice and SudTirol. Huge balconies gave excellent views of the nearby village and landscape. We’d definitely stay there again.

The room was big and clean. The bath was nice, the water stream is relaxing. The breakfast was fresh and tasty and we were asked every morning regarding our specific desires. The pool was fun, the kids loved it. The place is very close to other towns and main roads. The owner and her staff did their best to make us feel good and wanted. I will be happy to come back there.

Amazing experience. Luciana and her staff were so kind and helpful. The view from our window was unique and every detail is made with love. Excellent breakfast, it was set with local products and quality. I think Luciana and her staff love that place and their work so much, they made me feel at home.

We loved the location and its proximity to town and the lake. We loved the swimming pools and the room was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was first-class, extensive and delicious. The spa treatments menu looked amazing but they were completely booked. I recommend reserving a time slot in advance of your stay.

Hotel with great area, not so far from Bardolino center (10 min by walk), very green, a lot of space around, pet-friendly. Great staff.

The place is magical, with a great location—the view, the atmosphere, the hospitality, and the options were all excellent. Our stay was short, but we would definitely come back again.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were super helpful and always available. You have plenty of privacy, and everything is very well-maintained and spotless. The breakfast was rich and varied, with someone always making sure everything stayed tidy. We were able to store our bikes safely in the garage, and we couldn’t have asked for a more lovely stay during our short, sunny weekend. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. Ideal location to explore south-east of Lake Garda. Very friendly staff and excellent cleanliness. Felt like at home.
