Such a great hotel and everything was clean. The extra touches in the room made it so nice and cute. I fully enjoyed coming back to my room after a full day of sightseeing and activities.

The staff was amazing! A lot of amenities as well.

The room was large by Japanese standards and extremely comfortable with a queen size bed!

I like the room size , the onsen was good, there are some restaurant and stores closed by. Huge parking if you are driving, the hotel is not too busy and it's quiet area to relax and stay too

Outstanding location, easy WALK to the airport domestic terminal (12-15 mins). Great unique view of the airplanes landings/takeoff. NO noise at night from airport. Nice breakfast with both Asian and Western buffet. Metro at subway makes for easy access to the highlights of Fukuoka. Great staff, some English, very quiet hotel and guests. Exceeded my expectations !

Cleaners leave our supplies outside the door even if we did not have the room made up. While communicating posed a challenge, staff at the reception are very cordial.

My buddy and I needed a place to stay for a few nights for a decent price, but didn't want to have to share a bed together. We were able to get a nice room with two separate beds for a very affordable price. The bathtub is large enough for a 5'9" man to sit comfortably in and soak. The staff are super polite and hold onto your room key every time you leave the building.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that great attention is paid to every detail. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area and access everything we needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. We really appreciated the overall atmosphere and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

I liked the bed and pillows offered, didn't have to sleep on beanbag pillow. The TV was nice and big.

In general, it was a decent stay. I didn’t care for the location being off the beaten track but it’s an apartment and it’s my own fault for showing up a bit early and having the neighbor call the staff.
