This place was a pleasant surprise not a lot of reviews to go off initially but the space that my wife and I had was great and homey, super easy to check in and out.

Dogs :) Awesome open-air jacuzzi with view on sky with stars (cutting away a few tree branches would make it even better) The house has unique atmosphere with a lot of things on dogs thematic. It it a good break from standard hotels. Rocking chair. Calm surrounding area.

Excellent hotel, large rooms with large beds with everything we needed. Close to restaurants and with a view to Mt. Fuji from the rooftop. Highly recommended.

Great location, the roof top veiw of Mt Fuji is superior to any on the Street level. Helpful staff who provided us with tips on local eateries. Also the set up allows for guess independence with cooking and laundry facilities.

Great location near Mt Fuji station, and quick walk to restaurants and cafes in Shimoyoshida. Nice rooftop deck with views of Fuji, also viewable from the room. Spacious and clean. Convenient extras like snacks and drinks available in the lobby.

Amazing free breakfast included in stay, shower products were super nice, room was clean and spacious, plus we had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji

The property offered nearby places for great hikes/walks with views of Mount Fuji and other nature scenery. We reserved dinner for our 2nd night and it came with 6 courses. It was absolutely delicious and well presented. The hotel staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We loved our room. The beds were so comfortable and the private onsen and rain shower was a bonus. It is truly a great place to stay to relax and unwind.

It’s a little far from the bus terminal but very convenient. Clean and friendly staff.

The room was the largest room we have been in Japan. Large, spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all necessary amenities. On top of that the room had the most jaw-dropping views of Mt. Fuji. We slept really early so that we can wake up to see the star-light moon-light fujisan views and then catch the sunrise. The most mesmerizing experience ever inside a hotel room. The staff are very nice. The hotel is located not too far from Fuji-Q highland which was our choice of bus stop. Away from the hotel, you can experience the countryside Japan. Walking through narrow residential streets, little brooks, cute apartments, all in the omnipresent view of Mt. Fuji. It takes approx 25 minutes to get to Fuji station and 15 mins to Fuji-Q highland train station on foot from the hotel. Couldnt really experience all of their hospitality since it was only a one night stay, but we are sure to return here.

Our stay at the Fuji Premium Hotel was nothing short of unforgettable. From the moment my new husband and I arrived for our honeymoon, we were treated with such warmth and thoughtfulness. Waiting in our room was a handwritten note, a beautiful bouquet of roses, and a bottle of wine—such a romantic and generous touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay. And of course, the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji right outside our window made everything feel absolutely magical. Although the hotel sits a little outside of center town, their shuttle service makes getting around incredibly easy and convenient. We also loved that they offer bicycles free of charge—we used them everywhere and they ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip. Even taking the bus from the hotel was simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight: a large, beautifully prepared meal with so many delicious items, all served to you with care. And the onsen was the perfect place to unwind—so peaceful, with wonderful amenities provided. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. But truly, what made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our honeymoon special. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Fuji Premium Hotel exceeded every expectation—we can’t wait to return!

Quite close to the second entrance of Fuji Q Highland (which is why we chose it). The staff was lovely and the onsen was one of the best of our stay (clean, beautiful and perfect temperature!). The rooms are a decent size. The onsen was tattoo friendly (probably because we were western tourists).

Nice room easy to get in and nice and close to 7-eleven!

There was so much to do within the hotel. The onsen with the room was so convenient.
