Everything was perfect. It was the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Kumamoto. Cheerful and kind lady at the reception was very helpful, attentive and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible, kindly responding to all our requests. The rooms are super clean, huge and spacious. We had a feeling that we stayed at a separate villa house with garden view and parking lot. The room was very quiet, so we could have a wonderful sleep. There is also a restaurant on the other side of the street, which is convenient. I wish we could enjoy our stay longer. We will definitely come back again.

Always stay here when I visit Kumamoto. Can use free Airport Liner from the airport.

I love the location. Located next to train station. The room was clean and big for japanese standards. Staff was helpful and spoke english. The breakfast was great. It was not a large selection, but had basic western items like ham, eggs, toast, fried potatoes, yogurt. They also had traditional Japanese breakfast items like grilled fish, miso soup, natto, curry. I appreciated the local specialty they served like the sweet potato red bean mochi and potato salad fish cake. Overall, I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kumamoto area.

Everything was nice and clean and we got the top floor with a beautiful view of kumamoto and seeing Mt Aso.

Friendly staff!! Everything you need while traveling was available to us. Great location too. Most comfortable bed I had this entire trip. Great breakfast buffet too.

The welcome drinks were very nice. The front desk staff was particularly friendly and very informative.

We arrived quite late at night but the uncle at reception was so kind & nice. Simple check in process & there is some parking charge (forgot the fee but we paid together during check in). It's more like business hotel and suitable in case you only need a place to stop by for a night.

We enjoyed the secluded property with a lot of nature around. Hosts were very amenable and accomodating. We took advantage of the BBQ 2 nights and also used the shared kitchen.
