Very relaxing view of the fishermen and boats from the room. Excellent value and comfort for travelers seeking an out of the way location on the Ariake Sea coastline. Very friendly and helpful staff & hosts.

This is not a 3 star hotel, but definitely on a 5 star level. The staff was awesome, in particular Umeda! The food is fantastic: carefully selected and prepared ingredients, which enabled us to get to know a wide variaty of local specialities. For example, we never ate soft shell Gazami crab before! Very tasty. The room was breathtaking: the direct view onto the Ariake sea, the private onsen, the size and equipment of the room. Considering the awesome staff, location (view) and food, this hotel is a bargain and worth every yen. Our best stay in Japan.
