Breakfast was great and had many options. The property was constantly being cleaned even though there were only a few guests while I was there. The rooms were cleaned very thoroughly and the staff were very kind and helpful.

What a beautiful property with amazing guest service! We really enjoyed the attention to detail with aesthetics, architecture, furnishing,artwork, relaxing silence and the exclusive facilities. It is true that people make the difference. Thank you to all Alawi Home staff for making the stay unforgettable. From Lilian trying to accommodate every request, to the chef making every meal personalised for us. Charming is an apt name for this beautiful hidden away gem. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, really working hard to ensure our stay was a dream romantic romp. Casaurina Lounge exceeded my expectations on most points. Staff is very nice and made us feel welcomed and confortable. Fred the room cleaner/and seems to do that and much more is very creative and detailed in all that he oversee's and exceeds in doing his best to make you feel glad that you stayed here. Lidia the manager, Helen and their chef are all equally wonderful. Lidia showed me how to make Kachumbari and the Chef made the best Beef Pilau we've ever had. Thank you for sharing! Helen is always friendly with a bright smile to greet you. Location is off the main road and is manageable without a car and even better with. As an American visitor I would say this is a outstanding value without sacrifice. They will take care of your needs and appreciate you and your stay with them, making it stress free and pleasant! ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ Asante Sana! 💖

The property is located on the beach. Rooms are very spacious and each lot of 5 rooms shares a fantastic swimming pool, a dinning room areas and a sitting area. Its absolutely beautiful ! Personnel is very helpful and extremely nice. The food was excellent to say the least. Juices of natural fruits from the region, great coffee, cereals, eggs, etc. The restaurant is open all day which is very convenient. Room service is served in the dinning table right outside the room. The table is perfectly set and the personal is ready for whatever you need. The Spa is very nice and the person in charge gives fabulous massages. All in all this hotel is a great place to stay when in Malindi for either pleasure or business.

The ambience was perfect. The pool was always in working condition and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and ever smiling. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was very good. Security staff were doing their job, keeping all of us safe. All in all, a perfect vacation spot to relax your mind.
