Quiet place, very clean, great staff

What I liked about the property was it’s traditional indigenous materials used in the construction, a very tranquil setting with the necessary amenities like swimming pool and restaurant

From the moment I contacted the property the communications were great. We arrived early and we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome from Tess at the counter. Throughout our entire stay Tess was great at making sure any needs we had were communicated. Each staff member we came in contact with made us feel truly valuable. The property itself had a great location plenty to do on the property and lots to see in the neighborhood. We had several meals, enjoyed wine, and had a beautiful walk to the beach. Always feeling very safe and cared for.

I really enjoyed staying at Baba Lao Beach Hotel. It is located directly at the beach, the food is very delicious and the staff is super welcoming and friendly. In the evening you can enjoy the bonfire at the beach. I hope to come back soon.

The ambience was perfect. The pool was always in working condition and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and ever smiling. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was very good. Security staff were doing their job, keeping all of us safe. All in all, a perfect vacation spot to relax your mind.

We had the best time at Diamonds! We stayed in the deluxe suite with private pool, and it was so beautiful. Even though we enjoyed having the private pool, the facilities were so nice that you could definitely have an amazing stay without it. There were three large pools, in addition to the chargeable spa pool. Two of those three large pools had shallow areas that were safe for little children. Our 2 year old couldn't get enough of the swimming pools and didn't use a flotation device at all. The beach access is also right there, with nice sunbeds on a private beach far enough away from the beach boys. They even lent our 2 year old some toys to play in the sand with. The property is large, but everything is still easily accessible without a long walk. That was important to me at 8 months pregnant!

Casaurina Lounge exceeded my expectations on most points. Staff is very nice and made us feel welcomed and confortable. Fred the room cleaner/and seems to do that and much more is very creative and detailed in all that he oversee's and exceeds in doing his best to make you feel glad that you stayed here. Lidia the manager, Helen and their chef are all equally wonderful. Lidia showed me how to make Kachumbari and the Chef made the best Beef Pilau we've ever had. Thank you for sharing! Helen is always friendly with a bright smile to greet you. Location is off the main road and is manageable without a car and even better with. As an American visitor I would say this is a outstanding value without sacrifice. They will take care of your needs and appreciate you and your stay with them, making it stress free and pleasant! ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️ Asante Sana! 💖

The pool, rooms and common areas were clean, tidy and super nice. The shower was always hot and with good pressure. But what we loved most was the staff, especially Benson, which were absolutely wonderful. They helped with everything and were always available! We had a lovely stay

This is my second time staying in Villa Malindi. And definitely I recommend it! Facilities are very clean, staff is very kind and helpful and the food is amazing!

It was so clean. A quiet, relaxing environment. All you heard were the sound of the wind, trees, and birds. Salome, Juliana, Ruben, and the rest of the staff were amazing! Super helpful and extremely friendly.
