This is my second time back to the island and my first time staying at Lanting. The staff is amazing, and the family that owns the property are so friendly, really making you feel at home. It was very quiet in my room, and a chill atmosphere in the cafe day/night. Very clean room with an unforgettable view. Chea is my favorite barista, who is always welcoming with a smile. Close enough to restaurants and stores, but far enough away to feel the peace and quiet. I really love Lanting and will definitely stay here again!!

Loved my stay at Lily's Beach Bungalows, truly felt like a little slice of paradise. The beach was beautiful, staff friendly and so helpful (went above and beyond to reunite me with my kindle) food was also very enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the beach front bungalow where we stayed in. The most beautiful beach we have ever seen and maybe the best on the island ( from what we've seen). The place looks much better than at the pictures.

To be honest, when the tuktuk took turned from the main road to enter a muddy road, then passed by an over filled trash, and rode along some brownish pond, I was not very optimistic. Then we went up some small worn stairs and passed by some open place with some few old training equipment which finished to kill my motivation. But slowly, I started to relax, appreciate the calm and beauty of the area and everything felt much better. The beach is gorgeous, and you always have access to some sun bed, SUP boards, and canoe. The service at the beach is really good. The staff is extremely helpful and dedicated. The breakfast is really good, with the best croissant I hate since a long time. The food at the restaurant is really high quality, and the room withe outdoor bathroom is enjoyable. I really liked the feeling of the place. More family feeling than industrial resort, very quite and isolated. The beach is really nice, the sand is beautiful. the water very clear and perfectly warm. Just a shame the sea bed is quite boring and if you go for a walk in the "woods" beyond the beach it is sadly packed with plastic and empty bottles. But all in all, I highly recommend the place.

The location is nice and feels private but also not isolated as you can walk to several other hotels via beach. The glamping tents were very well appointed and lots of fun. The dining and hang out area felt elevated and also relaxed - classier than the other hotels we saw on the island.

This is an authentic Cambodian island experience. The property is managed by a wonderful local man and his family. They speak just enough English to take care of all business. Very generous people. This is a genuine island retreat that is difficult to experience in today’s travel. Remote location only accessible by long-tail boat. Very nice charismatic bungalows/property. Excellent food. A true adventure. I highly recommend

A true dream island; getting there is a bit of a long, arduous journey, but it’s worth it. I’ve heard it will have its own airport within three years. Once that happens, it will become a major global destination.

Koh Rong island - first of all, NOT as big as Ko Samui!

Koh Rong island - first of all, NOT as big as Ko Samui! Expect different things. The island has different beaches, all serving different purposes. if you want something fun, stay at Longset beach. If you want privacy with your SO or family, stay at Golden Sand beach. If you want a different vibe, stay at Koh Touch beach. To get around the island, take tuk-tuk's or rent a scooter for as little as $5 a day!

It's very beautiful.

It's very beautiful. The island is gorgeous and Coconut Beach is wonderfully beautiful. Most quests were 20 something, fewer were 30 something. I'm 66. My age made it rougher on me, but that's not the island's fault. It was wonderful to go out in the water and just float around for 20 minutes a day. I wish I owned a 20' launch with an outboard, so I could take myself there and back.

Magical bioluminescent plankton is something everyone should see with their own eyes. A wonderful place where you can really relax. Charming beachfront restaurants and numerous water sports are available.

Beautiful island with very welcoming people, amazing beaches...

Beautiful island with very welcoming people, amazing beaches. It is going through a lot of development and like most places it has a rubbish issues but don't let that deter you, like the sign on the beach said "Leave nothing but footprints" the whole world would be a better place.

The island has one of the whitest sandy beach i have seen, despite being from Mauritius. The vibe is super nice, people are very welcoming. You can enjoy bbq along the beach, value for money and super safe!

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and honestly, we didn’t even realize how quickly the time passed. Even though we explored the entire island, the best sea and beach were definitely at the hotel. It truly feels like a complete holiday resort—they take care of everything for you. The food at the hotel was very good, and during happy hour, drinks are very reasonably priced. The cocktails, in particular, are delicious. Erik , xom and dimitry thank you so much all of them. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Room, bathroom and toilet is modern and clean. Breakfast was included in room rate and breakfast spread is mouth-watering and excellent!!!! Take your time for breakfast! What really impressed me was the service. I left my iphone 13promax in the room upon checkout. Realised it only when arrived at another hotel in Siem Reap. Immediately emailed the hotel and they located it. I had my iphone 13promax returned to me within 2days, Superb Staff Service so respect to everyone Cambodian people.

A blissful 4 days, beautiful beach villa with beach towels, beach basket, gorgeous outdoor shower, cleaned to a high standard, comfy bed, food absolutely delicious, people from other resorts would visit to eat, lovely clean pool, chilled vibe on a stunning beach, definitely best place to stay on longset beach! Forget all the others!

We visited Apsara during our Cambodia trip and this was the place I was relaxed the most. The resort's fabulous beach, turquoise water, the pool right in front of the apartment, the food...I met all my expectations. High hotel standards, very nice people and real, good coffee!
