Loved this cute little place. Best short stay hotel I ever used. Clean, efficient and friendly communication. It was quiet and the facilities were outstanding. I really liked it a lot.

It was a wonderful experience and we're glad to have chosen this accommodation for our plans in Korea. There was a miscommunication but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. It was also not touristy in the area, so it was a great opportunity to see another part of Seoul and not just the "main sights".

The front desk staff was very courteous, professional and helpful. The rooms were cleaned everyday. I got a daily supply of water all but one day.

Great hotel in a great location. Weather was so hot outside, hotel had excellent Aircon in the Lobby, elevators, corridor and bedrooms. Lovely bar on the 2nd floor called Blink. Outside lots of very good restaurants and bars to choose from. Rooms are very spacious with comfy beds. Hotel is also approx 100m from the Metro!! As a seasoned traveller I would highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the location near greenery walkways to jog, many food places nearby and within hotel, near subway. I also liked having an indoor pool.

Upon check-in we were greeted by Tay who provided us with exceptional service and completely shifted our mood after a long 13hr flight. The room was immaculate and had everything we could have wanted and more! Every single detail was thought of and placed meticulously in the room. We also loved the view of Seoul botanic garden. My only regret is that we only booked 1 night here! I will definitely be coming back to the Courtyard Marriott Seoul botanic garden.

The staff was very kind and helpful. There is an attached convenience store and a WowPass machine in the lobby which made everything convenient and easy.

The property was very spacious and the indoor pool was the perfect touch for a fun evening.

There is a microwave and coffee machine in the lobby as well as a 24 hr. help desk. You can ask for your room to be cleaned at any time, and it will be done promptly! The place is very clean and there were no issues.

The room was super clean and new / bed size was big enough. I liked that the front entrance and doors are only accessible to guests—felt very quiet, private and safe. The location is great too, just a short walk from the station, so getting around, especially to Hongdae, was super easy.

Clean, comfortable rooms, close to subway and buses, ideal for transfers. and they stored my luggage for 4 days if I was on Jeju. I recommend it!
