Extremely friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Staying there I felt like part of a family rather than just a hotel guest. Location is a quiet, peaceful retreat from the city and close to hiking trails and good restaurants. I would definitely stay again!

Alexa Mountain House is a beautiful, well-designed home with lovely artistic touches throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it very comfortable for a longer stay. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. The owner was extremely responsive and very helpful, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers everything you could wish for: beautiful and comfortable rooms, outstanding cleanliness, delicious food, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, genuinely outstanding service. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcome and cared for. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view of the mountains. Waking up to such a beautiful landscape made our experience even more special. The swimming pool was also excellent—very large, exceptionally clean, and perfect for relaxation. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It is situated in a prestigious and desirable area, away from busy roads and traffic noise, allowing guests to enjoy peace and tranquility. At the same time, the location is incredibly convenient, as you can reach the city center within minutes. It offers the perfect balance between a quiet retreat and easy access to everything the city has to offer. Another huge plus for me was the breakfast. The hotel offers traditional Kazakh dishes such as kazy, horse meat, kumys, and baursaks, which beautifully represent our national cuisine. It was wonderful to see these authentic foods included, and it made our stay even more special. A very special thank you goes to Diana from the reception team. She is one of the most professional, kind, and attentive hotel employees we have ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel valued and welcomed. Diana consistently went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or requests, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for guests truly elevated our entire experience. She represents the highest standard of hospitality and is a tremendous asset to this hotel.

Так как новый отель, неудивительно, что мало отзывов. Прилетела на свадьбу подруги, отель находится рядом с Мегой на Розыбакиева, в нешумном и спокойном районе. Внутри все ЧИСТО, пахнет как после ремонта, это мне потом сказали, что недавно открылись. Комната компактная с минималистичным, красивым дизайном. Внизу можно погладить одежду, в общем все есть. По соседству находится Тандыр Казан, где можно покушать. Отличный персонал: администраторы Аселя, Темирлан и Валентина очень приветливые, и отдельная благодарность горничной Жанне. Pros : Nice new boutique hotel. Comfortable and spacious rooms Helpful staff. Cons: Very limited breakfast. Only eggs or porridge. No fruits, no juices, even no coffee.

Very magical and amazing. Will definitely recommend it. All the staffs are accommodating especially Mr. Nurdaulet. The food was on point. We almost tried all of their food in the menu.

Everything 😍 I loved the hospitality. Seda is so helping and happy person . The status is about 10_12 kms away from the centre of the city but the peace you get is worth it . You have the mountain view with lux rooms . Every room is under automation. ❣️ The interiors are so thoughtful. Great restaurant vibes at the terrace ❤️ Will definitely gonna stay here whenever I visit again.
