The hotel building is like housing and so nice bulding

Near the city mall, getting everything in a walkable distance

The room was nice and clean. The bed was really comfy. They stored our suitcases for a few days, when we went backpacking.

The toilet was far better than others hotels. That's one of the best things...with a toilet comode n a washing comode. Washroom was a medium sized one n clean with hot, warm and cold water available 24/7. The furniture were old n worn out...and bed mattresses could have been better. The room carpets were torn at edges...but they were very clean. The staff were soo helpful and understanding, allowing us a few freedoms beyond time. We are truly grateful for that. Especially the respected elderly madam at the reception and the security officer. Thank you.

Everything was quite good except the location was a bit far from the old area of town for me as a tourist. It is a brand new hotel and not listed on Google maps or yandex taxi app. yet so a little hard to find.

The location is a 15-20min ride from the city but the community is peaceful. The place is well maintained and rooms were silent. Rooms were cleaned everytime you asked them. Sheets were replaced every 3 days which is understandable. The dining area was well lit and had a homey vibe. The breakfast had a huge selection. It definitely had a good value for money. Staffs were polite and good in english. We didn't had difficulty communicating with them. I think the price for the stay is exceptional since it has anything you need for a hotel. The prices on their restaurant was decent.

everything is perfect in here, very good location with very big parking lot, breakfast is perfect, the spa complex also wonderful. i love it, i hope i visit almaty again to stay in this place

The hotel is very convenient, located right in the city center — everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is excellent. Great location next to Laffa restaurant which is open 24/7. Room was small, but fit our needs. Staff friendly.

My mom had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location was perfect and very convenient to the place she needed to visit. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable, making her stay even more enjoyable. She would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
