Stuff was a very friendly, and rooms are very clean. But the building is lowkey old, and there are a lot of men who looks like a not friendly. But I liked a hotel, deserves a better reviews.

The room somehow fulfills the pictures, but overall the stay was good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Administrator was super nice, friendly and cheerful. The interior was very clean and confirmable. The blanket for two was super cozy. I wanted to take the blanket with me, but it's illegal :) Accomodation also has a little cafe on the first floor. Very convenient and cheap one, which I liked, because food there way decent despite being relatively cheap.

This is a small yet very convenient hotel with friendly staff and an excellent location - just 15 minutes from the city center by taxi. The room was perfectly clean. As I was traveling alone, I could choose between the two towels provided; while the first had an awkward stain, the other was clean and smelled fresh. I didn’t have breakfast, as I had to leave the hotel early in the morning and couldn’t find anyone to ask when breakfast is usually served. While the price for the stay is modest, I wasn’t expecting a breakfast buffet tailored to a vegetarian or plant-based diet. To conclude, this is a very reasonable choice if you are looking for a small, clean, and budget-friendly place to stay in vast Astana.

Concierge service from Aruzhan was at the same level of the Ritz Carlton which I also stayed at in Astana. I would come back again because Aruzhan was highly attentive, respectful, and trustworthy. The hotel thank you card was a professional touch just like the Ritz, was much appreciated. The facial services were outstanding, which use medical grade instruments. The leg and shoulder massage was very affordable and enjoyable. The food was very delicious and open all night on the first floor which made things easy.

The staff is so welcoming and kind. Reception is very helpful and works 24/7. The bed is comfortable.

Staff service, room, wifi, quiet, value for money

Gokai hotel was great - the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast is not buffet style and they will prepare it for you after asking and bring it out - everyday was delicious. The location is not ideal for those looking to walk to the main sites (near the White House etc.) but it is not a long taxi drive (download Yandex). Another major thing is the internet - sometimes very very slow, but this is a common problem across hotels in this range in Astana. Would highly recommend

Ruzanna was super nice at the reception - she greeted me with a smile. The check in was the fastest ever. No administration - just convenient! On top Ruzanna prepared breakfast at 05:30 as I needed to check out early this day! Thank you !
