Room on the beach. And a really nice family 'bikini beach'. Hard to find such a place on the inhabited islands. Good snorkeling just in front. No motor noises, manta ray excursion (not expensive), good food with lots of veggies.

Only a 3-minute walk from a wonderful beach with sunbeds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. You have everything you need in the room. Slippers, bathrobe, coffee, tea, shampoo... Breakfast was excellent, you can also order dinner, which was also delicious. The staff is very friendly.

This is an excellent location for snorkelling. The Villa was superb with private beach, astonishing sunset. The restaurant and food was really good, thanks to the chef. Staffs are really helpful in everyway. And the fishing experience was mindblowing. Thanks to everyone, we enjoyed a lot.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The meals were excellent. The room was very accessible to the beach and everything needed was easy to walk to on the island including restaurants, the market, souvenir shops, ATM. I liked that the room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. Excursions were limited during my stay as all they had listed wasn't available but they could be reserved through the resort. Very personalized snorkeling and manta/shark experience with all equipment provided. The public beach had several swings and hammocks for leisure and there was a private beach for tourists accessible within a 5 minute walking distance.

Bodufolhudhoo is a beautiful and peaceful island with crystal-clear water, white sandy beaches, and amazing marine life. Seeing stingrays close to the shore was a highlight of our visit. The friendly locals and relaxed atmosphere made it a wonderful place to spend our holiday.

Bodufolhudhoo is a small island, about 90 minutes away from Male by speed boat. It’s easy to walk around as it is not very big. There’s are quite few shops to buy snacks, drinks (no alcohol) and souvenirs. There are few restaurants on the island, but we didn’t get to eat there as we had amazing food at Belmars Beach hotel.

The island itself is quiet and small (300 m in diameter, you can go round with paddleboard in 30 minutes, if you stay outer side of the reef), has small number of restaurants and cafes, 2 shops. Go to the port in the evening to see how locals are fishing! People in the island are friendly, it is safe. There is also medical center couple steps from Paguro hotel. The island has new footbal and volleyball playgrounds with artificial grass, they are public. One net is also on the beach.

It has a very nice reef with lots of opportunities for snorkelling and diving in the vicinity. The place is a couple of hours of speed boat ride from the airport. One must plan the flights as the day is lost if arrivals / departures are between 11 am & 4pm

This island has the best house reef (even better than...

This island has the best house reef (even better than private resort island) and it’s in pristine condition. It has a lovely relaxed vibe. The service in cafes is amazing. Streets are kept so clean and tidy as the locals make the effort of keeping their island beautiful. Bikini beach is private and exclusive and not crowded.

I have never been to Maldives so I do not have any other...

I have never been to Maldives so I do not have any other island to compare with Bodufolhudhoo. From my experience though, I can easily say it was a great mix of local life and tourism. I probably would regret going to a resort and experiencing only the tourist side of Maldives instead of both. Beautiful island, friendly locals, amazing diving spots & great food! :):):)
