Everything was perfect!! Stuff is amazing, always willing to help. Big room, clean and great bathroom. Also food was incredible. Having dinner here was a very good option, as they offered us delicious dishes every day.

it is very nice place located directly on the bikiny beach with sunset. It has comfy beach chairs and has wide choice of snorchling equipment for guests for free. glass bottles and possibility to refill drinking water anytime are provided. there were many trips available to book (turtles, mantas, sandbank etc). the buffet food was delicious. each room.has outside dryer for towels. the people are very kind and helpful. we enjoyed our stay very much

This was our second time visiting Veligandu, and it still exceeded all of our expectations!! The resort is relaxing, quiet, and luxurious!! We love walking through the lush garden pathways leading to the restaurant . The house reef has a huge variety of reef fish as well as turtles, reef sharks, and rays. Snorkelling was very relaxing! We stayed in the sunrise water Villa this time and this suits us best as we could then sit on the back deck over the water in the shade in the afternoon. The sunrises were beautiful! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you to our host Shaalee for looking after us so well and accommodating all of our requests. Dhonveli Restaurant has a fantastic buffet selection catering for dietary needs and various cuisine. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Thank you to chef Suresh for cooking me the perfect eggs every morning! A special thank you to Shayan who was very thoughtful, attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable. We loved our daily chats with you! Thank you, Veligandu. We felt very special and spoilt and look forward to returning one day :)

Our stay at Dhaankolhu was absolutely perfect and unforgettable! The guesthouse felt like home, and I can’t thank Jafar, Shahan, Adam, Kenan, and the rest of the staff enough for making it so special. They took care of everything, from organizing activities to every little detail. The place is clean, comfortable, and has such a welcoming vibe. Although the island is super small, the guesthouse's location is perfect, close to both the beach and the pier. If you’re going to Rasdhoo for lifetime memories and meeting amazing people, this is the right place to be!

I went to Rasdhoo specifically for scuba diving, and it...

I went to Rasdhoo specifically for scuba diving, and it turned out to be the best of the four locations I visited in the Maldives. It is better than Dhangethi, Thulusdhoo or Guraidhoo. They have a manta cleaning station and a channel where dozens of sharks were constantly circling. It’s a fantastic spot for divers.

Great Island, plenty to do and good snorkelling straight off Villa. Food, people and facilitiies were great - cannot fault. Deluxe water villas were a bit tired and really need a refurbishment - other than that great time in Kuramathi...

It is a small and quiet local island.

It is a small and quiet local island. It is visible that the islanders are poor and they have to make a lot of things themselves, but it exactly the beauty of this because they can live a simple and good life! The bikini beach (which is the only beach on the island where you can wear normal swimsuit) is really beautiful and full of sea life. It is also pretty big so there is plenty of space for everyone. I like also how they play football every evening and enjoy it as well! People are very friendly and they understand a fair good amount of english. There is also a hospital with 2 pharmacies on the island as well as a big police department. There is also one very good restaurant (LemonDrop) and a lot of small shops with groceries and souvenirs. You can also find a lot of diving or snorkeling facilities which offer all sorts of trips and activities.

The charm of local islands lies in the ability to enjoy both the local culture and the stunning nature of the Maldives. In this regard, Rasdhoo is the ideal place. It's a community where ordinary people live in close proximity, contributing to its authentic vibe. The island boasts a sufficient number of restaurants that offer a variety of good food, including Maldivian, Indian, and Italian cuisines, all at reasonable prices. Even during Ramadan, some restaurants remained open. Shopping in the local supermarkets is also a pleasant experience. While the serving of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited, we were able to enjoy perfect espressos in multiple locations.

We didn't like it on the island, a lot of garbage everywhere and a lot of broken glass on the beach. The locals are friendly, so we thank them for taking our suitcases to the accommodation, because the host gave us a hard time.

We had a great stay at Quicksand Hotel. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location is perfect , just 2 minutes from the beach. I would especially like to thank Ali, who made our stay truly exceptional. He helped us with airport transfers, arranged for the boat to wait when our flight was delayed, and was always very polite and helpful. Even after we moved to another island, he continued to assist us with transfers, saving us time and money. A wonderful experience, especially thanks to the warm and caring staff.

Clean large room, comfy bed, good air con, friendly yet professional staff. Massive bathroom! I think my stay was really good value for money. I also booked the snorkel tour with the hotel again good value and was able to see sharks eagle rays and a turtle.
