Was a wonderful property to stay in, walking distance to the beach out the back of the hotel. The owner let me check in early since I arrived at 7am with out charging me. I came during moonson season so it was very quite / relaxing. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have water/ tea. The balcony had nice views and the manger Eric was amazing. He took me to 7/11 and the atms with out charge, was very helpful with information and showed me around the city. I’d 10000% stay again next time coming to Kuala Besut.

Best location if one were to transit to Pulai Perhentian. Laundry nearly as well as 7-E and eateries. For just a little bit of extra, get the biggest room, the size is a good just o unwind and chill.

I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this property. The location is exceptionally strategic, right in the centre of town which makes it highly convenient, especially for business travel or short stays. The house itself exceeded my expectations. It was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, creating a very comfortable and welcoming environment. I understand that this is a relatively new property, and I sincerely hope the owner is able to maintain this excellent standard throughout its operation. What truly stood out to me was the kitchen setup. Unlike many other homestays that offer only the bare minimum, this property is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances. It genuinely feels like a home where you can prepare a complete meal with ease. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality. PS: to the owner, kudos! I certainly hope to stay here again in the near future, as I will definitely return to Besut in no time!
