It was really clean and comfy room. Just stay for 1 day but I wish to stay longer because the it was really comfortable. The bathroom is super clean too. I love the bed the most because it’s too comfortable that you just want to stay there for long time.

The room was nice, looked new, and was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly too. I especially loved the room placement — it was convenient, quiet, and made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

Hotel Alpha is strategically located in Perda at BM. I stayed for two nights celebrating Christmas with family and friend. The hotel room is clean and equipped with a/c, mini bar, TV, kettle, coffee sachet, mini shower gel, shampoo as complimentary, safe box, writing table and chair, comfortable bed with soft linen towel, clean bathroom with bidet, shower rose and heater. The lobby is very spacious, tidy with nice sofa seat and the air is fresh too. I also took some beautiful Christmas tree photograph at the lobby. The management and staffs always give the best service, have the cutest smile and I'm happy to be part of Hotel Alpha, BM

great staff, great room, great stay

It's the first time I've checked into the two bedroom suite and it was a dream. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lounge area. There's lots of Grab around so it's easy to get around the area. Breakfast was good. Definitely coming back again.

Room was expectation & comfort. Price reasonable & good location.

The room fronting the road has a good view. Early morning can hear cars and bike zooming across. No need to use alarm clock.

Family room: Room was big and spacious. Air Cond was very nice and cold.

Breakfast was surprisingly good and had a wide variety. Location was central and near most factories, but had to cross busy road for more food options. There's a pretty decent food court next to the hotel. Service was also very friendly and excellent.

I am no stranger to this hotel , always happy with the service given to me n my family. The consistency of the service n people was very pleasant . Will be waiting for the new venue.

Great service, cooperative staff, very clean, recommend place

The rate is extremely cheap for Superior King room. The location is good too. Close by to convenience stores and food places. A lot of parking space. It was my first time checking in to a hotel using a machine as well. Overall a really good stay.

Most of this hotel is good, only hot water was not enough hot. Overall I like here.

Loved the rooms, the staff, the facilities. Comfort plus. Service 10 out of 10.Rooms are well equipped. Clean and cheery. No complaints but your cleaning staff need to be more careful in the way they clean the bathrooms and shower recesses if you want to stay on top of the ladder in hotels in BM.

This is a 2nd time staying here and it's a very good hotel in Icon City Breakfast is great with diversify choose from menu and very exciting to starting the morning with it
