Free parking in the compound, just take care not to block others. Near the end of the road, so not many vehicles driving past. Rustic village with some some cats, dogs, chickens freely roaming about. Fortunately, no monkeys in sight and less mosquitoes. Owner, Mr Leon, was very friendly and helpful with advice on nearby attractions as well as what to do at Kuantan. Able to arrange morning trip to nearby Sunrise Hill & Rainbow Waterfall (3rd party company using modified 4x4 for transport). Seems in December, almost always raining in the evenings. Rooms were quite clean, and guests are required to leave shoes on the ground floor before going upstairs. We took a room with 2 twin beds and single attached bathroom, so floor space was a bit limited. Fortunately, there was a small balcony, with a great view of the river. Can occasionally spot iguanas swimming. No ceiling fan in our room, aircon was silent and quite cold. Staircase a bit steep, may be hard to climb for some. No wheelchair access to 1st floor. Common area for preparing food and drinks with some complementary coffee, filtered and hot water, refrigerator and vending machine selling drinks. Airy and spacious, generally quite clean. From the inn, it's just a short walk to town area across the Rainbow Hanging Bridge. Quiet and peaceful at night, no loud music / karaoke to be heard. Not many shops to eat in town, especially at night, so do plan carefully and bring some supplies if possible. Unfortunately, when we checked out, Mr Leon was not around, as we wanted to thank him personally for the comfortable stay and hospitality. We dropped off our room key at the front desk and went on our way.

The property owner upgraded our rooms to 2 Queen beds. Rooms are basic but it is compensated by serene, peaceful and green surrounding hilly views.The garden is impeccably maintained and instagram worthy. My friends and I had a wonderful time just sitting at the verandah enjoying our morning coffee and snacks. Staff was attentive and very helpful.

The place is good, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Locations is easier to go out but you will need to drive. Surround activities is well connected, you can just book when you check in. The BBq set there are good too, we order for 2 pax for the night with the nature activities. The old airplan stop there is special just too many of mosquito, i think they still working on the renovation to become new room in future.
