Beautiful island resort. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive — every wish was fulfilled. We enjoyed wonderful experiences including diving, snorkeling, and fishing, and the chef prepared our freshly caught fish perfectly for dinner. The breakfast buffet was varied and absolutely delicious. We can highly recommend The Boathouse and will definitely come back ourselves. Special thanks go to Devon, our wonderful dive instructor, and to Najwa, who couldn’t have been any kinder or more helpful.

I had the small fan room. The bed was comfortable, the room was surprisingly cool considering the outside temperature so the fan was all I needed. They had a small store as well to get beers and snacks, and free coffee and tea for guests. There is a great restaurant across the road, and only a short walk to the beach. Bicycles and scooters for rent. a bit out of the main town but easily walkable in 5 minutes or you can ride a bike.

Very nice and clean place. Good location, 2 min till best beach of Tekek and close to marina. Nice restaurant with acceptable prices. And very friendly, helpful and open-minded owner.

we arrived during the end of season. nearly monsoon but the weather is bright and shine with bonus not many people. the resort is preparing for monsoon arrival but we just love it. breakfast was great. love your eggs. staff are kinds. the manager is attentive and kind enough to upgrade our room. we just enjoy kg. genting. would love to come again.

The best dormitory because far I've ever been. The beds are big and super comfy, everybody has their privacy with nothing to wish for. A super large storage with your own lock is all included. Air con air refresher and all electronic connections you might need. Perfect!

We love the place, came back here 3 times, the location is amazing and the beach - front facing villas are the best, as you can hear the sea all the time. Just a magical place with amazing and extremely helpful staff!!!
