My hubby and I reach the hotel on 17/5 midnight, The receptionist Zwe speaks good English and help us to check in efficiently. The room is clean the bed is of good quality. We check out on 18/5 noon. At 2pm Zwe called me, informed me that I had left a small pouch in the room. We were unable to returned to the hotel immediately hence authorised my sister to get it for us. All credit cards, identities cards and cash were untouched. In a world where honesty and integrity are often tested, we are grateful that we have met Zwe who demonstrates the best of human nature and uphold the value of honesty. Thank you Zwe for the service during our stay in Marion Hotel in Impian Emas, JB. Your ethical behaviour is highly praised!

Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean. location is good.

Overall everything is good, staff very helpful. Room is clean, bathroom big enough. Beside the reception counter got free coffee and cookies.

The parking space and the pleasant smell of the hotel. Moreover, the food at the restaurant beside the hotel is so good! So convenient

didnt try the breakfast. but the staff was very prompt, shared the problem regarding the public toilet and it was fixed on my next usage

Mr room is on the ground floor so easier for me to go in and out

It is one of the most distinguished locations, as it is located near the first landing station in Uskudai and very close to the Malaysian Technological University

Bathroom was spacious enough. Had enough storage racks and room size was ok for the three of us. Everything else in the room was functional.

The central location of hotel which is closed to many restaurants, bar & bistros, coffee shops and a food court selling local food's. Shopping is just a breeze to the nearby Sutera Mall about 3 minutes walk on foot. The hotel is very clean and the room is cosy, the bed is comfy for a good sleep. The security is good and the entrance to the outside area of the rooms is only accessible by a room card. The hotel counter staff is friendly and helpful.
