We arrived after a long day of travel and when we got into our room, we were so pleased with the room, the cleanliness, amenities and the fact that the heating was turned on so as to ensure we walked into a warm, comfortable room. It was a lovely little town and I enjoyed being there, so close to everything and the RSA was great for meals and a beer. I enjoyed driving around and looking at shops, so close to Dunedin spending time at the Casino.

Mosgiel was close enough for a short trip into town, yet far enough out to avoid any hussel & bussel of city life. Close to the airport for our departure.
Lovely little town with all the services you could need. I'll be back to stay again.

We were only there as a stopover to Dunedin Hospital but as a base for future trips to the district we would certainly use it as an option for the future. As a motel it was impressive and we would recommend it to future "users".

Mosgiel is a pretty town that has a lot of lovely shops, we were happy to stay in a quiet location with beautiful scenery. Would recommend dining at The Black Sheep. Best restaurant we have been to in a very long time.

The barn was very clean, the owners were really easy to work with, they offered to have lights on and fire lit if I was going to be a late checking in. Short drive into Mosgiel where there was a grocery store and lots of restaurants and a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Dunedin.

Comfortable, warm & cosy! The most clean and well kept hotel I have been in, in a very long time! Great location, Supermarket across the road perfect if you need to grab groceries. Wifi works great! Everything you need. Would highly recommend. Friendly onsite managers also!
