Our stay was a real treat but worth every penny and more. We loved being surrounded by the beautiful scenery, having our gorgeous rooms and no tv! What an oasis. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was so clear that ingredients were freshly sourced and expertly cooked. I mean the only flaw is that you wish you could stay forever!

I was only there for 2 nights, specifically for the NZ...

I was only there for 2 nights, specifically for the NZ History Federation AGM and Conference. So it was very busy with organised activities at Te Hana Cultural Centre and bus trip around Port Albert, including the Museum across the road from motel and RSA Wellsford. All very interesting and great hospitality from everyone.

Close to all areas matakana, Warkworth, waipu and snells...

Close to all areas matakana, Warkworth, waipu and snells beach Mangawhai and only 33 min to millwater area. If you don't want to be in Auckland this is a great little motel. Has a sauna and a spa. Great having the new motorway

Dinner at a great restaurant - where the food and service was brilliant and breakfast at a cafe with excellent food and service and able to park right outside I would like to have time to look into some of their shops - we were on a business trip and had a deadline to keep to.

Tidy clean all the ammenities quick easy access to walk to town. Pleasant country surroundings easy access off the main highway heaps of parking straight outside each unit and suprisingly quiet a really good place to stay when travelling from up north down to Auckland. Can have a pleasant breakfast in Wellsford and be in Auckland 1/2 later 😁👍

The location was easy to find 10mins drive from Wellsford. Mark & Christine were lovely hosts and made me feel so welcome in there home,it was my first experience in doing a homestay.The facilities were good,and the view from the house was amazing,would recommend this place.
