I didn't know but the cost included a guide to the village. I did pay for two days since at the last minute I had to postpone my stay and rebooked for the next day. It was like a VIP guide waiting while others had to find a guide to the village. Guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English. Great location overlooking the rice terraces and mountains! Deck surrounding the building allowing for 3 sides with views of the areas. The 4th side is blocked by the new addition to the guesthouse. Very clean, with a rustic wood cabin feel. Includes electric when the village has it, we were out of power for 8hrs but came back on at night. WiFi available for free powered by solar panels, the first in the village. Running water, separate modern toilet and showers. More modern amenities then I had expected.

With view and near the rice terraces. You can ask the host to cook for you or use the kitchen and cook your own food. Quiet place.

Vilma Homestay have excellent and spacious rooms, the must-have water heater, a kitchen to try cooking some local produce, a quiet and very peaceful neighborhood, and the hospitality giving you the feeling of you coming home to your parents/ grandparents home. Ate Vilma prepared simple yet healthily delicious local dishes that I appreciate a lot as a tourist.
