The hotel is located right beside the Zegrze lake. Amazing view. Very delicious duck and Schnitzel. Good breakfast. Very comfortable beds, pretty good design of the room. Everything was clean. Many places you can relax. The windows had nets, which were so very helpful. Will definitely be coming back to Hotel 500.

This hotel has a fantastic location — close to the lake and near the charming town of Serock. We came here to relax and disconnect during a busy trip around Poland, and we couldn’t have found a better place to do so. The hotel is well-appointed and includes breakfast, which was exceptional. On some days, since it was the low season, we enjoyed a personalized, set-menu service at the table. The servers made sure we were well taken care of and left the restaurant completely satisfied. Having worked for 30 years in one of Vancouver’s top hotels in the food and beverage department, I can confidently say the service we received here was truly excellent. From housekeeping and front desk to the restaurant staff — everyone greeted us with a smile and delivered a very high standard of service. OMG! I ended up in Pultusk by mistake and what a great mistake it was! Zamek is a working museum with hidden places to explore and a new treat around every bend. Due to the time of year I ended being the only guest in this huge place, amazing! I would guess that there were 15 -20 staff tending to the incredible landscape, restaurant, reception, house cleaning and management. There were functions during the day which was no problem. I also have to throw a bone in there for the staff. I felt like I was being waited on hand and foot! ...Just wow, it was almost embarrassing. The meals were also made for a prince, great job there! I'd have to say this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in and I've traveled extensively through many continents. I find 5 star hotels mundane having no character. I'm into unique and historical ones '. The Zamek is way up there! Thanks to all that provided me with this experience!
