Exceptional view of the lake from our window;, clean room; comfortable bed (except for the pillows); good location to get around. Being able to arrange a massage at the last minute was nice. The masseuse was very good! The breakfast was exceptional! Great variety of foods to sample. Plenty to make anyone full! We would stay here again.

There was a large middle school soccer team staying at the hotel and they ran around and through the hotel screaming for days and late into the night. The staff did minimal to control any of this. Being on a trip for work this made it very difficult to do work that I needed to get done. I had to find reasons to leave the hotel just to get some quiet.

The location and view outside the window and balcony to the lake and city center over the lake is just stunning. Very good restaurant available with even not going outside but by connection to the nearby hotel via floor -1. Apartment was high quality.
