Amazing place with lake right outside of the hotel. Great restaurant! Great food also for breakfasts as well as from menu in the restaurant. Reception has two friendly cats which making stay super cosy :) Pool and jacuzzi also great.

There is not much to like about this hotel! I visited nearly 20 years ago and was shocked to see that not much has changed, except that it has aged without any updates. It is clear the hotel is poorly managed, with almost everything outdated or broken. During my two-night stay, I barely saw any staff or other guests; it felt like a ghost hotel. The entire building, including our room, was uncomfortably cold. Despite spending two nights there, our towels were never changed, and they were in terrible condition with large holes. There was no way to dry them as all the heaters were off. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was disgusting, featuring a broken flush tank that made water drip continuously-very annoying at night. The remote control was broken with missing plastic, and the breaktast was poor in quality and choice. Two other guests we met even had to wear their jackets in the "restaurant" because it was so cold! The walls were incredibly thin, allowing us to hear our neighbors, and the dark corridors were poorly lit and furnished. If the price was half of what it is, I could accept it as a cheap, bad hotel. But it costs the same as the four-star "Warminski" in the city center! Insane! While parking is free, I felt very insecure about my car. Honestly, I can't find anything positive to say about this hotel. The 7.7 rating on Booking.com seems way too high, likely because guests were older individuals who may not know any better. It is a complete waste of money! Never again!
