Super nice, clean, and modern, with archaeological, dig and artifacts in the center of the hotel. Staff very accommodating and walking distance to Castle and historical sites. Breakfast spread was very lovely!

The host was exceptional — warm, friendly, and always responsive, making me feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The location is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and explore the beauty of the Alentejo. Nearby, you can discover the Pulo do Lobo waterfalls, and the vast Parque Natural do Vale do Guadiana, known for its hiking trails, wildlife, and breathtaking landscapes. The historic Mértola Castle and the old Islamic quarter are also well worth exploring. Restaurants are conveniently located in the next village, making it easy to enjoy great local food while still staying in a peaceful and quiet setting.
