Staff was super hospitable and often asked if there was anything that we needed/wanted. Hot-tub/jacuzzi and sauna were fantastically positioned in the garden and terrace area. Breakfast was robust and offered lots of good options. Paid extra for a river-view room and was so glad we did! Our balcony offered amazing sunsets.

We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and very friendly staff. The gym is well equipped and the SPA center is really great. There are two types of Sauna, one steam bath, a salt relaxation room and a nice jacuzzi. We also booked some massage (which was not included of course) and liked it. Breakfast is really great and the food is tasty. The hotel is pet-friendly for smaller animals and there is no additional fee to pay. Our room was on the third floor and there was enough space, it was also well equipped. Very comfortable bed. We will definitely come again when visiting Novi Sad, it was great!

Older hotel but very clean and maintaned, staff was very kind and even managed to book us in a 4 person bedroom to add another one of our friends, instead of the 3 person we initially booked. Location is amazing, in the heart of the pedestrian zone of Novi Sad.
